pam-limit-nproc.patch: increased process limit to help 
Chrome/Chromuim users with really lots of tabs. New limit gets 
closer to UserTasksMax parameter in logind.conf

Not sure why it is even there given the presence of logind, but let's deal with 
it gradually, one step at a time.
