Thorsten Kukuk 33a265dc7c - Update to current git (Linux-PAM-git-20140109.diff, which
replaces pam_unix.diff and encryption_method_nis.diff)
  - pam_access: fix debug level logging
  - pam_warn: log flags passed to the module
  - pam_securetty: check return value of fgets
  - pam_lastlog: fix format string
  - pam_loginuid: If the correct loginuid is already set, skip writing it
