- Drop gpg-offline build-time requirement; this is now handled by
the local source validator

- Update to new upstream release 1.1 (bugfix release)
* Fixed passing wrong type to ioctl, which made a 32-bit parkverbot
exit and not run at all (bnc#801367)
* Read all disks, rather than a single one, per interval
- systemd is not a runtime requirement
