%perl_gen_filelist generates an rpmlint happy filelist of your installed files
In most cases you only need to check the %doc part
sometimes there is a "Changes" or "ChangeLog",....
Requirements for %perl_gen_filelist
You have to define following parts inside your spec file
Example:
BuildRequires: perl-macros
%install
%perl_make_install
%perl_process_packlist
%perl_gen_filelist
%files -f %{name}.files
%defattr(-,root,root)
%doc Changes README
And here an Example of the generated filelist:
