Martin Pluskal c782c2c29c Accepting request 568223 from openSUSE:Factory:Staging:O:DVD
- Conditionalize python2 and python3 in order to be able to build
  without python2 present in distribution
  * Use singlespec macros to simplify the logic
- Run fdupes on python modules to avoid duplicates
- Remove shebangs from import-only code
