* Fix Protontricks crash when custom Proton has an invalid or
    empty compatibilitytool.vdf manifest
  * Fix Protontricks GUI crash when Proton installation is
    incomplete
  * Check if Steam Runtime launcher service launched correctly
    instead of always assuming successful launch
