* Explicitly allow pathlib.Path as a type for
FileCache.directory.
* Drop support for Python 3.7. Python 3.8 is now the minimum
version.
* Don't use the cache to return a full response if a request
has a Range header.

- Remove BuildRequires and Suggests python-redis since it's not

really used when building and there's no reason to suggest it

unless someone wants to explicitly use redis, this simplifies

the dependencies which is useful for SLE.
