- Update to version 2.4.1:
  + Fixes issues #242, #257, #261, #262, #263
- Renamed to python3-Whoosh, obsoletes python3-whoosh
- Install HTML documentation and LICENSE.txt
- Set SPDX-style license
- Run testsuite
