[#11908] astropy.table * Fix an error when converting to pandas any Table subclass that automatically adds a table index when the table is created. An example is a binned TimeSeries table. [#12018] astropy.units * Ensure that unpickling quantities and units in new sessions does not change hashes and thus cause problems with (de) composition such as getting different answers from the .si attribute.
