- update to 1.4.1:
  * NumPy 2 support.
  * 32-bit Windows Python 3.12 wheel added (matching NumPy).
  * Support filling Integer axes with unsigned integers
  * Avoid triggering NumPy 2 dev release install on Python 3.12.
