  + Start using Pyflakes and Hacking
- Only depend on python-discover on SLE, it's a Python-2.6 feature
  backport
- fix requires of test package 
- tools/pip-requires changed to requirements.txt (pip's de-facto
  standard)

- remove setBadness call from rpmlintrc
- python-pbr/d2to1 requires
