- update to 3.0.16:
- ``kombu[librabbitmq]`` now depends on librabbitmq 1.5.1.
- Tests: Some unit tests accidentally required the `redis-py` library.
- librabbitmq: Would crash when using an older version of :mod:`librabbitmq`,
