- Update to version 1.30.0:
  * Add commandline usage from git clone
  * Mention NO_REMINDER_REGEX as additional option to prevent reminders
  * tox: Update tested python versions
  * tox: Add python3.13 which is already in Tumbleweed
  * Apply black suggestions as of 2024-08-01
  * Encode values in URLs
