03fa48130c - removed 0001-Allow-selecting-suse_39-template.patch 
- update to version 2.3.0
  - Allow selecting suse_39 template
  - Allow suse_py311 to be selected as template
  - setup.cfg: Replace dashes with underscores
  - Switch to Python3 zed unit test jobs
