Hello, It have been some time after my initial SR. However, I have not been able to solve the previous issue. The previous requirement is that we have to use our own macros to build the package. After some attempts, I could not make setup.py invoke Cython while disabling built boolean inside setup.py. Could you give a hint on this issue? Thank you.
