Subject: setup: Let normalize_path deal with "."

Let function normalize_path handle "." path components. Otherwise
invocations like "quilt setup --sourcedir=. foo.spec" may produce
invalid series files, and "quilt setup -d ./dir foo.spec"
generates a broken "patches" link.
