Accepting request 79977 from home:cboltz:branches:devel:openSUSE:Factory:rpmlint

- add vacation/vacation to valid group/user list
  (needed for PostfixAdmin's vacation.pl script)

Note: I have just submitted PostfixAdmin to Factory (SR 79976)
