Use libtracefs as package name to lookup the CFLAGS for libtracefs. This
makes it possible to use the distro specific path as include path for
the header file.

BuildRequires: python3-docutils
%description
The rtla is a meta-tool that includes a set of commands that

capabilities to provide precise information about the properties
and root causes of unexpected results.
