Nikolay Gueorguiev 37e471ec3d - Upgrade s390-tools to version 2.36 (jsc#PED-10303, jsc#PED-9591)
* s390-tools: Define Rust MSRV as 1.75.0
  * Add new tools / libraries:

  * Changes of existing tools:
