- Fix dependency of libscamperfile-devel: require the new libscamperfile9. The last updated bumpted the so-version, which results in a different package name. - Drop all obsoletes of libscamperfile9: obsoleting old library packages is explicitly not to be done according to the packaging guidelines around shared libaries.
