- Update _constraints to require at least 8 GB of disk and 16 GB of
memory. Also require at least 4 GB of memory per build job to prevent
running out of memory on build servers with lots of cores/threads.

It handles multithreading loading and downloading of images.
As a direct result, loading time is divided by 2!
+ Now use Qt4.3, and replaced CURL by QtNetwork.
+ Fixed some date display bugs in config window.
+ Added new translations for th ml he fil tl eo lt mk
+ Added new sky culture, Tupi-Guarani from Brazil
