Accepting request 1198002 from M17N:fonts

- use embedded OFL license, drop extra copy
- cleanup spec file (add upstream source reference, remove outdated
  comments and sources)

- update to v1.000:
  * Prep for Google Fonts submission
  * Update copyright
  * Files ready for GF
