- Drop _FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 workaround. Since commit 7929e180aa (v253) it shouldn't

be needed anymore.
- Force _FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 as systemd (ab)use of malloc_usable_size() leads to
  build issues with FS=3 (bsc#1200819).
