+ systemd-nspawn creates etc/resolv.conf in container if needed.

containers). All cgroup names are now escaped to preven
collision of object names.

pm-utils is installed).
+ ENV{SYSTEMD_WANTS} in udev rules will now implicitly escape
passed argument if applicable.
