Accepting request 400091 from Publishing

- Set minimal required memory for building: 2500 Mb

- Update to version 2.11.0
  * support two editors next to each other
  * new tabular wizard
  * support multi-line commands
  * add scrollbar marks for search and bookmarks
  * add command option --no-session
  * bugfixes and minor changes, see included CHANGELOG.txt for details
