Martin Pluskal d1ab614007 Accepting request 736746 from home:StefanBruens:branches:multimedia:apps
- Fix configure checks when compiling with LTO. Due to the broken
  checks, linking fails.
  + Add fix_configure_checks_with_LTO.patch
- Some spec file cleanup (license macro).

A TV streaming server supporting DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-C, DVB-T, ATSC, IPTV,
and Analog video (V4L) as input sources.
It also comes with a web interface both used for configuration and
day-to-day operations, such as searching the electronic program guide
(EPG) and for scheduling recordings.
