Martin Pluskal b47fb311ab - Added -fpermissive to %{optflags} so that GCC 14 does not ...

treat various C99 violations present in the source as errors
  by default. [boo#1225948]

If the request is OK, please forward it to Factory soon-ish too, so
that we can switch the default compiler.  Thanks!
