* kms: Use VK_EXT_external_memory_dmabuf to create dmabuf-backed Vulkan images
  * core,ws: Allow WSI backends to request device extensions

  * vkutil: transition image to eShaderReadOnlyOptimal
  * Fix missing <cstdint> include
- Drop no longer needed vkmark-cstdint-include.patch
