Added the obsolete. I hope it's correct this time, I admit the obsoletion/provision confused me a bit.
I suppose it is necessary to include a weechat-aspell subpackage which depends on weechat-spell so people who upgrade receive the new weechat-spell package, and hope this is the correct way to do it.
