- Added special installer configuration dialog

(jsc#PM-1895, jsc#SLE-16263)

  - Can be started from the initial language selection dialog
    using an "hambuger" button  (openSUSE Tumbleweed only)
  - Or in any dialog using a keyboard shortcut:
    - Ctrl+Alt+Shift+C in graphical (Qt) UI
    - Ctrl+D Shift+C in text mode (ncurses)
