- Reenable logging

  * Add apache-arrow-pr40275-glog-0.7-2.patch

    apache-arrow-devel; ArrowConfig.cmake fails otherwise
  * gh#apache/arrow#40181
  * gh#apache/arrow#40230
  * gh#apache/arrow#40275
- Move d:l:p:n/python-pyarrow to the  science/apache-arrow as multibuild package: Uses the same source and is tightly connected.
