8451cdcd88 - Sync spec file name with package name 
- adapted for openSUSE science:
  * undo the 2 suffix patching
  * use source URLs
  * spec file cleanup

- Add configure flags for large file and threading support

- Initial commit of hmmer2 compatibility package to work around
  broken global glocal alignments in hmmer3
