2797ec75b2 Accepting request 1063511 from home:StefanBruens:branches:science 
- Fix GCC Fortran >= 10 build by allowing polymorphic arguments in
  MPI_Allreduce send/recv buffers (-fallow-argument-mismatch).
- Remove duplicate documentation 
- Add openmpi4 flavor
- Add minimal test
