- removed SLE11 condition
- removed no_connection_to_windows_10_17101.patch
- removed -DBUILTIN_CHANNELS=OFF switch
- explicitly set -DCHANNEL_GEOMETRY=ON
- Disable the new X264 and OPENH264 codecs because openSUSE does not provide them
- upgrade to version 2.0.0-rc2

Compared to the superseded request the SLE11 condition has been removed as well as the empty check section
