Looks good to me except the root tarball should be stored in git-lfs, sorry I forgot to mention this and it requires some additional client-side configuration ref https://git-lfs.com/

You can see that since ac32110ac1 the file says Stored with Git LFS e.g see https://src.opensuse.org/suse-edge/Factory/src/branch/main/ironic-ipa-ramdisk/root.tar.bz2
