Accepting request 1118292 from home:pmonrealgonzalez:branches:Base:System
- Do not pull revision info from GIT when autoconf is run. This
removes the -unknown suffix after the version number.
* Add libgpg-error-nobetasuffix.patch [bsc#1216334]
