Dominique Leuenberger 7573696ef9 Accepting request 1103132 from security:SELinux

- Add _multibuild to define additional spec files as additional
  flavors.
  Eliminates the need for source package links in OBS.

- Add -ffat-lto-objects to CFLAGS to prevent rpmlint errors because
  of LTO

- Enable LTO now (boo#1138812).
