Accepting request 96284 from home:coolo:branches:openSUSE:Factory

- add libtool as explicit buildrequire

- do not hardcode brp check list, but call everything below
  /usr/lib/rpm/brp-suse.d - and move our own brp scripts to 
  brp-check-suse
