- BuildRequire suse-module-tools otherwise initrd macros 
  are never defined.

- we should regenerate the initrd when the timezone
 package is updated, as the timezone selected by the user
 plus UTC is nowadays required by SUSE-specific "warpclock"
 dracut module.
