* PACKAGING: Added vulkan-headers, glslang-tools, libdecor
    (if wayland) IMPORTANT
  * New Vulkan Benchmark - simple gears benchmark - but shows
    that vulkan works for the machine.
  * Added CLI topic to filter the CLI report and show
    sections/parts only
  * Added User Note to synchronize dialog to request certain
    benchmarks
  * Added HWCAPS to show which are supported by cpu+distro - eg.
    x86-64-V2
  * Added support for OpenSuse leap 15.6+16, fixed Tumbleweed,
    fixed Alt Linux
  * Turkish, Chinese, Danish & Russian Translations updated
  * Speedup Application dialog handling and fixed crashes
  * Improve StatusMessage & ProgressBar handling with correct
    benchmark timing
  * Fixed Close handling to avoid crashes when updating
    information and closing.
  * Updated Logo
  * Minor Fixes: Crash in vendor match (fwupd on nuc6), Crash on
    WSL1 missing network entries.
  * Minor Fixes: Disable GPU benchmarks in CLI mode. Disable unused
