add toybox to utilities

There are known unsolved issues:
 * rpmlint does not work (due installed and deinstalled symlinks to various basic commands)
 * toybox-static should conflicts with toybox
 * the first user id is 1000 on SUSE, where toybox defaults to 500

However I'd like to know opinion of others before proceeding more ...
