This basically remove things only needed during product development:
* Updating of release packages
* re-generation of 000product content
* Selectively enabling the images repository
installcheck and packagelist checks were temporaly disabled for ALP
Staging pipelines to allow openQA workflow test, while the issues
reported by them are not fixed
