Release/Publish container_products first
...
In some cases releasing/publishing that failed, with unfortunate consequences:
- Other products were still released/published
- Snapshot version did not get updated
-> Endless retries
There should be a way to flag a "release/publish in-progress", but until that's
the case a workaround is better than nothing.
