e08716480d Run build fail reminder on botmaster 
The timer is stopped on packagelists and the data migrated. The service
only ran for openSUSE:Factory atm (leap 15.1 was never enabled it seems)

put it on the bot dashboard (needs to be ported to python3 though)

6297dacf8b Acknowledge the rabbitmq message 
We need to ACK the rabbitmq message for the server to erase it in the
queue - otherwise they are piling up endlessly. As we quit the services
every hour the queue is reset at that point, but that still makes monitoring
the server quite hard as the queues tend to be full all the time
