15.3 introduced something unexpected: aarch64, ppc64le and s390x are part of the repos - and all architectures that aren't native to openSUSE:Factory are considered to bear dropped packages, e.g. *all of them* On top of that the setdefault using the same hash caused packages to come and go for repos, creating unstable output
