Egbert Eich 386138b6d7 Update to version 2.36 ...

* `common/hostlist`: fix out of bounds array access.
                     update to latest from lsd-tools.
* Fix build on C23 compiler (gcc >= 15).
  This obsoletes: Add-support-for-C23-gcc-15.patch
* Update actions versions and fix code coverage build.
* Fix some compiler warnings when compiling pdsh.
* Fix closeall() performance with large _SC_OPEN_MAX.
* `modules/genders`: fix typo.
