remove systemd_requires from main package

It does requires systemd. They use a weird hack where udev triggers a systemd target/service to load the modules. I had a chat about that with Markus Rueckert a while back.

I don't fully agree with that. subpackages like ibacm, iwpmd do requires systemd but they are optionnal packages, even when using RDMA on a host.
