  • move _ObsPrj to subdirectories _ObsPrj/${project_git_repo}_${project_git_branch} (recreate). Lock is then per-project, instead of per-org

In the first one, you've replaced common.GitExecOrPanic() with a call to function that panicked, but can be general. In the last commit, you've replaced the git.Exec() and no panic...
