maint: Lint manpages with CHECKSTYLE=3 (up from 2).

* build-aux/man-lint.sh (check_manpages_with_groff_checkstyle_2):
change CHECKSTYLE to 3.  Rename this function to simply
check_manpages_with_groff_checkstyle.
