SLE15 is not directly fed by the devel projects anyway. You can still have it in %pythons for sle15 specific projects

• python-browsers:test: Uses poetry for test command. Probably bogus, but whole package is outdated and seems to be unused. Delete request https://build.opensuse.org/requests/1327929
